Házimunka/Housework

Sok elvem közül az egyik, hogy be kell vonni a gyerekeket a háztartásba! Nem azért, hogy dolgoztassuk szegény ártatlan kicsinyeket, hanem hogy játékosan, együtt dolgozva erősítsük bennük azt, hogy ők is a család szerves részei! Nálunk ez nagyon bejött, és mind a két gyerek (igen, Benjámin is, 16 hónaposan) szeret segíteni. Hogy így tovább tart minden és nagyobb rumlival jár? Igen. És? Hova sietünk? Szerintem annál elkeserítőbb látvány nincs, mint amikor egy anyuka lepukkant ruhában cipeli a szatyrokat, miközben kamasz fiacskája plázadivatban, kezében egyszál mobiltelefonnal ballag mellette! És hiszem, hogy ennek a nevelése most, kisgyerekkorban kezdődik. Hát ennyi mára az elveimről. :) Imhol pár kép.

One of my many principles is that we have to involve kids in household chores. Not to participate in child labor, but to work together in a fun way, so that they feel like they are very much part of the family! It has really worked in our family and both kids (yes, even Benjamin, who is 16 months old) like to help around the house. Does this make things slower and more messy? Absolutely! So? Why the rush? I can't imagine a more depressing picture than a woman in worn-out clothes carrying grocery bags while her teenage son walks along in trendy clothes with only his cell phone in his hands. And I believe training starts now, when the kids are small! OK, enough of my principles for today. :) Here are some pictures.

UI: Egészségügyileg megint visszaestünk. Először Benjámin lázasodott be, most Olivért döntötte le egy vírus. Majdcsak kilábalunk belőle egyszer!

PS: Health wise, we have regressed again. First Benjamin ran a fever for a few days, now Oliver is down with a virus. Hopefully this will all be over one day!
