Nőnap/Women's Day

Utólag is sok boldog nőnapot kívánok minden kedves nőtársamnak! Mintha valahogy vesztett volna fényéből ez az ünnep...emlékszem még, mikor suliba jártunk, mindig kaptunk virágot az osztályban a fiúktól meg a családtagoktól. No mindegy. Mikor drága férjemet e nagy ünnep előestéjén emlékeztettem a jeles dátumra (Amerikában nem ülik meg ezt az ünnepet ugyanis), zavarba jött, hogy nem készült semmi meglepetéssel, de megegyeztünk, hogy ez nem is gond, nekem a legnagyobb ajándék az lenne, ha reggel ő kelne fel a gyerekekhez én pedig alukálhatnék még egyet (ha kisgyermekes anyuka vagy, most buzgón bólogatsz, igaz? :). Így is lett, és nagyon örültem az ajándékomnak! :) Ehhez kapcsolódva szeretnénk egy kis videót feltenni. Matt "betanította" Benjámint (meg anno Olivért is), hogy válaszoljon két kérdésre (amiket másfél évesen nyilván nem ért).
- Ki a legcsinosabb nő a világon? (előre szólok, meglepő lesz a válasz, de hadd kényeztessenek nőnap alkalmából a fiúk! :))
- Ki a főnök? (no comment)

In Central and Eastern European countries and Central Asia March 8 is Women's Day (maybe in other places, too, I am not sure). In Hungary it used to be a bigger deal than it is now; I remember when we were at school we always got flowers from the boys in the class and family members. Anyway, when I reminded Matthew the day before, he was feeling bad that he hadn't come up with a gift idea for me, but then we agreed that it was no problem: the biggest gift for me would be if he got up for the kids in the morning and I could snooze a little more (if you are a mom with small kids, I can see you nodding enthusiastically! :) Anyway, it was great and I really appreciated my gift. We would like to post a video in connection with this. Matthew trained Benjamin (and Oliver back then) to answer two questions that he obviously doesn't understand at this age. The answer to the first one may be surprising, but hey, that's part of my Women's Day gift! :)
